With flavorful Mediterranean herbs and sweet French lavender, Herbes de Provence is used in Mediterranean inspired dishes using olive oil and garlic.  A great addition to rustic breads, seafood, soups, poultry, hearty meat stews or added to breadcrumbs to make croutons.
