Lost In The Desert (Za'atar Middle Eastern Spice Blend)

Za'atar is a fragrant dried spice blend that is tangy with a hint of nuttiness.  Sprinkle on flatbread, vegetables or dips such as hummus or baba ghanoush.  It can also be used to flavor meats, poultry and fish.
